This notice explains what happens to information on this website. It covers the website only; any publishing agreement we make with you will set out how manuscripts and project files are handled.

What this site collects

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Its typefaces are served from this site, not from a third party. The spine calculator works entirely in your browser; nothing you type into it is sent anywhere unless you choose to send it with an inquiry.

Inquiries

When you send the inquiry form, it carries what you entered:

• your name and email address;
• the kind of project you chose;
• the description of your book you wrote.

Depending on how the site is set up, the form is delivered either through a form-handling service that forwards it to our inbox, or by opening your own email program with the message written out for you to send. We use what you send only to reply to you and to prepare a plan and quote for your book.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the inquiry you sent. Reply to any email from us, or send a new inquiry asking for it.

Hosting

Like any website, the server that hosts this site may keep standard access logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and maintenance.
